Unsound joins We Are Europe

The new 3-year cycle of We Are Europe platform launches today, with Unsound Festival joining its structure. This programme funded by the Creative Europe aims to present 64 personalities promoting and producing innovative cultural practices across C/O Pop in Cologne, Elevate in Graz, Reworks in Thessaloniki, Insomnia in Tromso, Sónar in Barcelona, Nuit Sonores in Lyon, Today’s Art in Hague and our festival.

This year’s roster includes many faces already known from Unsound’s past editions, including Lena Willikens, Slikback, Nazar, Deena Abdelwahed, Colin Self, Robert Henke, Mat Dryhurst, but also Agnieszka Wiśniewska, the editor in chief of Krytyka Polityczna or Magdalena Sroka, former Polish Film Institute director and deputy mayor of the city of Krakow responsible for culture.
