Norwegian singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Sije Nes crafts intricate and adventurous pieces of music that make use of guitar, as well as toys and small instruments. Her first album was the gently experimental "Ames Room", released on the UK label FatCat in 2007 to widespread critical acclaim. "Opticks" will be released in September this year.
