Canadian DJ, producer and promoter Ciel is a Discowoman affiliate known for her dreamy approach to dance music. As heard on her debut EP Electrical Encounters for Shanti Celeste’s Peach Discs, she blends lush deep house, breakbeats and electro rhythms to explore oneiric vibes and dazzle with rich harmonies. She’s also the organiser behind Toronto’s It’s Not U It’s Me and Work in Progress clubnights, and runs a radio show under the same name, showcasing female identifying talent.
