Paweł Szamburski

Paweł Szamburski is a musician and composer with close ties to the Warsaw Lado ABC scene. He studied cultural anthropology and musicology at the Warsaw University. Szamburski founded or co-founded such bands as Bastarda, SzaZa and Ircha Clarinet Quartet. He performs solo (Ceratitis Capitata with religious music and Homo ludens with traditional folk ritual influences), composes music for film, theatre, silent movies, contemporary dance and radio plays.
