Schedule / SUNDAY 08 OCTOBER

Opening is Polish guitarist, composer and musicologist Raphael Rogínski, who will present the new Unsound-commissioned work Žaltys, inspired by Lithuanian snake mythology and folk music. The show features Lithuanian singer and kanklės player Indrė Jurgelevičiūtė, best known as a member of STROOM-signed ambient folk band Merope. Lonnie Holley follows. A true American original, Holley was born in Birmingham, Alabama, working odd jobs from the age of five whilst slowly developing his skill as an artist. First known as a sculptor, he started recording music in 2006, dubbing impassioned, improvised vocal and keyboard jams at an Alabama church. His performance follows this year’s acclaimed Oh Me Oh My, his most autobiographical album to date. The week’s final in(ter)vention comes from Tobias Koch.
