After making music videos for the likes of R.E.M. and Arcade Fire, for the past several years Vincent Moon has been roaming the globe with a camera in his backpack, documenting sacred music and ritual. He works alone or with people he meets on the road, usually without a budget. The results are shared under a Creative Commons license. He discusses his work with Philip Sherburne, including his new trans-cinema project Híbridos, exploring spirituality and music, created in Brazil over three years.
