Syny

Syny have been causing a stir in the Polish hip hop community in recent times. Thanks to their controversial take on the street style, they’ve been called “hip hop for Unsound goers”, and we’ll take that as a compliment, as their musicality is unmatched on the local scene. The hazy, heavy beats made by 1988 are delightfully dubby, detailed and tonally rich. They create a distinct nocturnal vibe for Piernikowski to rap about community, family and… smoke machines in clever, blunt word plays. They’re returning to Unsound following the release of their new album Sen.
