Ánde Somby is an indigenous Saami and Yoiker, living in Northern Norway beyond the Arctic Circle. A yoik is a traditional Saami chant, one of the oldest forms of music in Europe. Yoiks are made for people, animals and land, and have no beginning or end. Ánde Somby gives a unique presentation, half talk and half performance.
