Aurora Halal is a producer and visual artist, but also a promoter behind the important New York club night Mutual Dreaming and co-organiser and curator of the Sustain Release festival, always bringing the DIY spirit to the forefront. She self-released the "Passageway" and "Shapeshifter" EPs, her recent material ranging from hazy, dubby techno to melodic offbeat house with a splash of acid. She has also recorded with Ital as Ital & Halal and Jason Letkiewicz (aka Steve Summers) as Innergaze.
