Kat Zavada / Martix Navrot

Kat Zavada (she/he) is a digital art curator, cyber-kmieciówa and hot academic chick ((🔥)). Part of the Nerdka collective, her research spans neoliberal tech utopias, South China Post’s newsletter, Reddit memes, Reza Negarestani’s tweets and conspiracy theories. He’s intrigued by topics related to post-work imaginaries, neofeudalism, data identity and data collection as an exercise of power. Recent projects include: Technofeudalism – cartographies of digital monarchies (PhD thesis at the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków), PEREVIRKAresistance infrastructures (research project with the Nerdka collective), and Cyber-kmiećx (research project in collaboration with Jeremiasz Rzenno).


Martix Navrot (he/him) is a performer, AI researcher, and XR prototyper. Half of the artistic queer duo Eternal Engine, and part of the Nerdka collective. Works with mediums such as 3D, video, VJ sets, AV, VR, AI, as well as real objects and performative lectures. Immersed in research topics such as quantum queer enviroments, techgnosis, and neural networks subconsciousness. Recent projects: Xenon performance at Foksal Gallery Foundation, Insider at the Discomfort of the Evening exhibition at the Zachęta National Gallery of Art, Enter The Chamber at Skala Gallery, and Queer Realities (in progress).
