Starting in full daylight – as every Dadaist late-night show should – UKRAiNATV’s stream art telethon will seamlessly blend live and telematic music, performances in different shapes and forms, performative lectures, tea ceremonies and other collaborative acts. Be wary of the depths of VR and AI intrusions. Participants will gather in Kazimierz, in a workshop turned into a fringe TV studio, and will be joined by our friends in Kyiv, Amsterdam and Vancouver. Dreamlike, immersive scenarios will wake you from the slumber of the Internet’s digital monotony, to the urgent need for a glocal and transhuman sense of community. Under our banner of #HOPECORE, we will weave different pasts and presents, here and elsewhere, the Dionysian and the Hestian, rebellion and community building. The hybrid lineup includes Geert Lovink with lecture performance, Shuma, SVET, John Object, and CARBON media collective from Kyiv. Presented with the help of Humanity Now.
