Now based in Melbourne, Jared Beeler (aka DJ Plead) has spent the best part of a decade remolding bass music to fit his sunny outlook, blending techno, house, jungle and dubstep influences with rhythms that echo through Australia's Lebanese diaspora. His second album, 'Please', is released this summer on Smalltown Supersound and deepens the narrative, serving slinky, downtempo shakes and weightless shuffles seasoned with that unmistakably zesty DJ Plead flavor.
