Harry Gorski-Brown & Wojciech Rusin

Two artists that approach history's complex netting with an inquisitive, uninhibited ear, Scotland's Harry Górski-Brown and London-based Polish audio visual artist Wojciech Rusin come together for a special Unsound commission, expanding and developing their Ephemera collaboration alongside the Sinfonietta Cracovia. Regulars might remember Górski-Brown's performance from last year's festival, when he followed the general direction of the GLARC-released album 'Durt Dronemaker After Dreamboats', playing bagpipes and re-configuring the Scottish canon. And Rusin has spent the last few years speculating on medieval and renaissance sounds, 3D printing his own instruments and integrating archaic sonorities with time-fluxing contemporary processes on bizarre and brilliant full-lengths like this year's 'Honey for the Ants' and its predecessor 'Syphon'.
