DISCUSSION: THE PALESTINE LABORATORY

The Israeli colonisation of Palestine is deeply entangled with the global arms and military industry, in which weapons, surveillance systems and repressive technologies are tested on Palestinians before being exported worldwide. This process not only legitimises Israel on the global stage but also implicates states and companies across the world. What role does the arms trade play in shaping these dynamics? How are Poland and its arms companies complicit in the ongoing genocide? And most importantly, how can we resist the complicity of our states in the violations of international law? Antony Loewenstein, investigative journalist, filmmaker and author of The Palestine Laboratory, will discuss these questions in conversation with Ala Qandil and Nina Michnik from the Kaktus Initiative.
