RADICAL DEMOCRACY

Radical Democracy is a new collaboration between James Hoff and Ben Kudler. The duo hacks cameras from around the world in real time, collecting GPS data, used to control oscillators and trigger sample banks. The result is a soundtrack that narrates the live visual feed that creates it; a feedback loop that uses the infrastructure of GPS and surveillance to reimagine both technologies outside of their contemporary military, industrial, and domestic applications.
