The documentary PICÓ: Un parlante de Africa en America follows, tells the story of Picó sound systems, a creative and rebellious dance culture forged by Africans and Afro-Latinos living in Colombia and dating back to the 1950s. Directors from Italian collective Invernomuto and musician Jim C. Nedd will discuss the film afterward with Philip Sherburne.
