Warsaw-based drummer Hubert Zemler is an important figure on current Polish alternative scene. He received a formal education in music, training first in the field of classical, from where he moved on to jazz. These experiences developed his interest in improvisation and contemporary classical. Known for his fully improvised percussion sets, Zemler released a recording of one of them, called "Moped", on Lado ABC.
