NHJ
NHJ first began DJing on graveyard AM radio, performing strange and bizarre audio operations for an audience of insomniacs, communists and hippies. Almost 15 years later and his mix of grumpy disco, psychedelic house, freaked out bass jams and soundtracks to the female body is still as incoherent as ever.
With performances and residencies at some of Australia’s best and worst clubs and parties, international appearances have included Singapore and Bangkok, tours with the Creme Organization in the USA and Europe - including Today's Art and Oontspoord festivals in the Netherlands - shows in Belgium, France, Poland as well as Spain as a participant of the Red Bull Music Academy. NHJ has hosted radio shows and had guest spots on Triple J, 3PBS, RRR, Straight Up, Kiss FM, Intergalactic FM, Kink FM (Holland), Campus (France) & Radiofonia (Poland).
In 2008 NHJ established the M Division Recordings record label which also feature some of his collaborations with Inverto, Nacho Patrol (Legowelt), Ransom and the upcoming release of local Melbourne band Home Travel. This year sees his return to Krakow for Unsound, this time for the first European M Division Recordings showcase.
