Galoppierende Zuversicht's name translates more or less to "Galloping Confidence" and is a duo made up of Geneva-based producers Bang Goes and Styro2000. Though they have released with the Swiss label Bruchstuecke, their recorded output is small due to the fact they concentrate on performing amazing live shows. They do not use laptops, but a myriad of hardware, much of it self-built, and have been called by none less than Villalobos "the best live techno act in the world". If that's not enough of a recommendation, then we don't know what is.
