HALFWAY THROUGH "THE END”! A DAY OF DISCUSSIONS, SURPRISING MUSIC, PLUS A FREE PARTY!

We're only halfway through Unsound 2012 – full of unforgettable events so far - and there's much more to come.

Our vast discussion program continues. Today at Bunkier Sztuki we'll hear Stuart Argabright from legendary groups Ike Yard and Black Rain, in a discussion about multiple "The End" scenarios with Kiran Sande from Blackest Ever Black. Following that, Tim Hecker and Daniel Lopatin will appear for a Q&A session presented with The Wire. Finally, music journalists, artists and label owners will discuss the possible collapse and possible rebirth of the music industry.

Meanwhile, we continue to present the best of contemporary Polish music. Today it's the contemplative sound of T'ien Lai and percussion experiments courtesy of Tomek Chołoniewski, in Klub RE at 5 PM (free entry, be early to get a place).

Tonight's show at Manggha unveils a variety of surprising inspirations, from fierce sound bombing to warm, meticulously produced dub. We'll hear BNNT, Haxan Cloak, pole and Atom TM (aka Senor Coconut). Tickets are available at the office, and you should also be able to get them at the door if not sold out.

Finally, there's a free mid-week party with Australian dance acts Ransom, NHJ and Hey Convict!, bringing some sunny sound to autumnal Krakow. Join the party at Rozrywki 3 tonight and grab a special compilation prepared by Hey Convict!

See you there!
