Rob Mazurek is a prolific avant-garde jazz musician, composer and improviser, deeply involved with Chicago and Sao Paulo's jazz and experimental music scenes. His trademark cornet is often processed with electronic sounds, vastly broadening his pallete and can be heard in the works of Chicago Underground Collective, Exploding Star Orchestra and Sao Paulo Underground, each with its own style and identity.
