Joanna Duda

A pianist, composer and seasoned improviser who often works between disciplines, Joanna Duda sees music as a form of communication, using her unique sonic vernacular to connect non-lingually. She's widely known as a collaborator and bandleader, helming the Joanna Duda Trio and working alongside artists like Maya Ciarrocchi, Helen Svoboda and Sunny Kim and Duda has serious range, writing electronic music for film projects and performing the music of avant-garde icon Julius Eastman on 2015's 'Unchained'.
