Since his earliest days as a drummer Jamie Roberts has been chasing intensity, whether it's from hardcore, extreme noise or techno. And currently, his music sounds like a collision of everything that's shaped him so far. On last year's universally praised 'SickElixir', he re-engineered bass music in his own image, using distortion as an instrument and deploying some of the most destructive rhythms of his entire run.
