Shane Parish presents Autechre Guitar

Have you ever hummed an Autechre tune and wondered what it might sound like on guitar? That's the question Shane Parish asked himself back in 2004 when he transcribed 'Slip' from Sean Booth and Rob Brown's beloved second album 'Amber'. Decades later, he decided to revisit the concept, painstakingly figuring out a way to play complex computer music live using just a six-string acoustic guitar. On 'Autechre Guitar', he lays out his own versions of some of the duo's most recognizable tracks, including 'Lowride', 'Eutow' and 'Clipper'.
