Heatsick explores the liminal ground between various genres of dance music, from disco to experimental. His LP "Intersex" released on PAN has been praised for its elusive nature. As Resident Advisor wrote, it’s “both party and cerebral experiment." Heatsick followed up with "Deviation" to create another package of lo-fi dance tracks with a vast array of influences bubbling beneath their surface.

With a live set up consisting of a battered Casio and effects pedal, Heatsick will present a premiere of EXTENDED PLAY at Unsound 2012, performing a 3-hour seat to create a "funky wormhole" to get lost inside, or possibly just take a quick dip.
