Initially Marcel Weber’s solo project, MFO is now a visual media arts collective, creating video performances, installations and music videos. They participated in Unsound Krakow in 2009, 2010 and 2011, providing visuals for the likes of Oni Ayhun, Shackleton and Sepalcure, as well as working with Kode9 to create a commissioned work called “Her Ghost,” inspired by the Chris Marker film La Jetée. At Unsound 2012, MFO are represented by Marcel and Lucy Benson, and found at several points in the program, creating visuals for Biosphere and Lustmord’s “Trinity” project, as well as Kuedo’s show.
