The frightening, dark and hallucinatory sound of Haxan Cloak is already known to Unsound audiences, from his 2011 appearance. Bobby Krlic returns to Krakow this year around the release of his album on Tri Angle Records. According to FACT, Haxan Cloak "carefully negotiates the balance between quiet dread and all-out attack”, and his noise, drone influenced sound has led to comparisons with the likes of Sunn O))), KTL and Kevin Drumm. His Tri Angle release promises to be more electronic, more rhthm based, yet to retain the darkness, experimentation and occault flavour of his earlier works.
