Kotra is the stage name and main art project of radical artist and producer from Ukraine – Dmytro Fedorenko. Kotra has been constructing, recording and performing sharp sounds and violent abstract music for many years. He is responsible for two of the biggest experimental electronic music festivals in Ukraine and runs his own label, called Kvitnu.

Kotra will feature as part of Black Rain's show, presenting pieces from their Unsound Festival New York 2012 collaboration.
